Nominator's project description
| Professor West is an international authority in the study of quantitative research methodology in psychology and related fields such as prevention and health. He has made important contributions in the areas of structural equation modeling, multiple regression, longitudinal, meditational, and exploratory data analysis. Moreover, he is recognized for the creative integration of sophisticated quantitative methods with empirical research in the psychological sciences. In Germany, he is going to continue his research on modeling statistical interactions of latent variables. Professor West is hosted by Professors Ralf Schwarzer, Michael Eid and Christine Keitel-Kreidt at the Freie Universitaet, Berlin. |
